Return & Exchange Policy

I. Return Period

You may apply for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods (based on the date of signature).

II. Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Unworn (indoor try-on only)
The item is in brand new condition, without wear or stains.
Original packaging intact (shoebox, tags, and accessories complete)
It does not affect resale.

❗ The following conditions do not support returns:

Worn outdoors
Damaged by human error or washed
Severely damaged shoebox
III. Exchange Policy

We support one free size exchange service (same style, different size only):

Application must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
The item must meet the return conditions. Exchanges are only available for items with sufficient stock.
IV. Shipping Costs

Quality issues: The seller will bear all shipping costs.
Non-quality issues (e.g., size mismatch): Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The seller may bear the initial shipping cost for exchanges (this can be adjusted according to your strategy).
V. Refund Policy
After receiving and verifying the returned item, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
The refund will be returned to the original payment method (or processed according to the payment method).

If using Cash on Delivery (COD): 👉 Please provide bank account information for refund purposes.

VI. Application Process

Wait for review (usually 24–48 hours)
Return the product as instructed
Complete the refund or exchange

For first-time purchases, we recommend referring to the size chart or consulting customer service.
Please try on the item on a clean surface.
Keep the original packaging for returns and exchanges.
